Credential Checks

Credentials are recorded separately from approved roles. A worker may hold credentials for more than one industry.

SIA licence hierarchy: a valid Door Supervisor licence may satisfy a Security Guard requirement where configured. A Security Guard licence does not satisfy a Door Supervisor requirement.

CrewFill records the Agency’s eligibility decision only. Do not enter card numbers, licence numbers or upload certificate files.
